How many people can you carry?
Our minibuses have 8 to 32 seats, and smaller groups are welcome. Tell us how many are travelling and we will match the vehicle to the party.
Where do you cover?
We are based in the Wyre Forest and regularly collect from Stourport, Bewdley, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Bridgnorth, Leominster, Craven Arms, Tenbury Wells, Bromyard, Bromsgrove, Worcester and Droitwich. If your town is not listed, ask — we will find a way to get to you, and we will take you anywhere in the UK.
How do I book, and is there a deposit?
Ask for a free, no-obligation quote. To book, a £50 non-refundable deposit is paid at the time of booking and the balance is paid before, or on, the day of hire by agreement. Every booking is confirmed in writing by email.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Up to 7 days before the hire, the deposit is retained. From 6 days to 72 hours before, 50% of the hire charge applies; from 48 to 24 hours, 75%; and with less than 24 hours’ notice, 100%. The full wording is in our terms and conditions.
Are your drivers DBS checked?
Yes. All of our drivers have an enhanced DBS check and are CPC trained, and our fleet is fully licensed.
When will the driver meet us at the airport?
On the return leg your driver arrives 40 to 45 minutes after your flight’s published arrival time. If you are delayed, let us know as soon as you can.
Do you provide child seats?
We do not supply or fit child seats, but you are welcome to bring your own. We will look after them while you are away and bring them for the return journey.
Can we bring food and drink on board?
Confectionery is fine. Other food and drink, including alcohol, needs our written consent beforehand; alcohol brought along is stored in the boot and returned at the end of the journey, and it cannot be carried on travel to designated sporting events.
